    This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for MyShell Art sold by TENSORMATRIX PTE. LTD. (UEN 202410081N) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

    Paid subscriptions may be temporarily unavailable while we update our billing infrastructure. No payment will be charged unless a live checkout is clearly made available to you.

    1. Subscription Billing and Renewal

    If and when paid subscriptions are enabled:

    1.subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual billing cycle, as shown at checkout or on the Pricing page;
    2.subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date; and
    3.charges will be billed to the payment method you provided through our payment service provider.

    2. Cancellation

    You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals.

    Current cancellation path

    While self-service billing tools are being updated, cancellation requests may be submitted by contacting [email protected].

    Future self-service path

    Once self-service billing tools are made available, you will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions from your account billing settings.

    Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals only. Your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

    3. Refund Policy

    Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed.

    We may consider refunds in limited circumstances, including:

    1.duplicate charges;
    2.material billing errors;
    3.confirmed fraudulent card use;
    4.technical failure that prevented meaningful access to the paid Service and could not be resolved by support; or
    5.other exceptional circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate.

    We do not generally provide prorated or partial refunds for:

    unused time remaining in a billing cycle;
    change of mind after purchase;
    dissatisfaction with artistic style or subjective output preferences after meaningful use of the Service; or
    failure to cancel before the renewal date.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, contact [email protected] and include:

    the email address associated with your account;
    the date of purchase or renewal;
    any available transaction details; and
    a brief explanation of the issue.

    We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review your request.

    5. Unauthorized Charges

    If you believe a charge was unauthorized, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so that we can investigate.

    6. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
